Happy Finger Pendant

When I was very young I had to go to church. I was allowed to sit with my Aunt once a year when I got to spend the weekend with her and my Uncle. I was so bored at church, trying not to fall asleep. She would take my hand and draw faces on all my fingers. I loved it. My imagination would go wild and for a moment sitting there wasn’t so unbearable. I could just focus on my animated fingers. I really enjoy happy faces, so this one has a smile and I hope it makes you smile.

 I took a mold of my own pinky finger and cast it in sterling silvering using the lost wax casting method. It is approx. 1″ long by 1/2″ wide. The happy finger is hollow to make it light weight.
